School

Well, I have started school. It is real easy. I did hw for the first time tonight. I finished it in less than 2 hours. We are basiclally going over stuff that I learned in Manufacturing processes lab back at LETU, except we are draging it out into 3 classes and over an entire semester. I am also taking a class that I did not spend enough time doing the hw at UT Tyler. I think it is called Strength of Materials. Basically, we are looking at metals and seeing why they are strong so far. Boring. Next Please???? I am also working several hours a week. It is alot diffrent here than it wwas in Lindale. There is alot more customers and freight. Fine with me, more job security. It looks like they are happy with me so far. Maybe I will be able to get a good schedule. There is one good thing about this semester, I get to learn more about the lathe and mill. I have never used a mill before this semester, but there is not much diffrence in requirements in order to run one or the other. I am being required to buy alot of tools this semster. I am waiting till my first pay check form this store to come in before I start buying.
On another note, I have decided that it is time to start looking for a gf. I am tired of not being able to have fun with a friend of the female variety. There are things that you just can not talk about or do with guy friends (ie. movies, plays, life goals, symphonies, etc). That is one thing that I miss about letu, if I asked around enough, I could of probably found a date for one of the previously mentioned activities. So far, there arn't any girls that I have run into that would even consider doing anything of the sort. Most of the girls that would be interested in such things are down the road at baylor, not here. It is annoying to have all this extra time and not have anyone to spend it with. At LETU, there was no extra time. Eithere you werre doing hw or trying to get aheadf so that you could do hw another night. There wasn't any time for girls, even though most people did make time. Anyway, I must be getting to bed. Later folks.
